I’ve not tried it during sex, but I have used it as a way to “play with myself.” I just recommend not using it longer than 20 mins and definitely allowing yourself to release afterwards; this just keeps everything flowing as it should and I’ve been able to notice a rise in my sexual appetite as well as a stronger erection.
