I’ve had ED for quite some time. My urologist says I have Venus leakage. It’s when the penis doesn’t get enough blood to have an erection. I don’t want to have a pump surgically installed. I have tried an external vacuum pump and it has definitely helped me draw more blood to my penis. Ask your doctor if you can try that first before going to the extreme of surgery.
