80% erections, how to go further

I find that I can get hard, but often it’s only 80%/90% of what I know it can be when it’s 100%. This means I can have sex but the erection comes and goes and it’s frustrating when you know it can be much better.

What is stopping it being 100%? It will occasionally appear and then it won’t happen for ages…

Hey man I’ve had the same thing. And no it doesnt always work for sex, idk if its phycological or physiological… but…

Ive kept looking into this, and new studies are showing now that a lot of things they always thought were psychological in this area are actually based on physiological issues after all, they just couldnt tell before… and then it becomes psychological also. Which makes sense because why wouldnt it just be there automatically no problems like it always had been before? Like what happened to high school days when youre sitting around in class and realizing your fully hard for no reason and cant figure out how to make it go away when its time to stand up?

That was the case for me at least cuz it started happening over the last year… specifically during a period when I was with my now ex while we were using drugs, and also I’d taken up smoking for the first time since i was a kid… and im in my 40s now, and id never had anything like that problem before. When i was a lot younger i had a psychological issue with sex where sometimes it would take me a really long time to cum or even wouldnt be able to, and I’d think this is the same sort of thing when it comes to psychological problems… but now it doesnt get hard whereas then it was always fully hard when i was around girl or even just slightly aroused.

This time im still horny (as hell when we were using and you cant imagine how crazy i was going) but couldnt get hard… and then… if id finally start to get hard I’d cum before I was there. Becuase I’d basically already been teasing and aroused for longer than i care to share already just unabke to get hard for some fucked up reason.

And it FUCKED WITH MY HEAD. All things aside, sex has always been a strong point for me and I really felt like i didnt have what i always brought to the table, especially for a girl i really cared about, and I’d say it messed me up paychology and effected me in big ways, and this was a girl i was close to, and she wouldnt ever say so but I feel like it messed up our connection, even if indirectly.

Its still at least also psychological so this stuff is great. But the physiological aspect is not not something they officially know how to treat medically so you have to look into it yourself. Fortunately for me I’d always been a health nut outside of a few years when i let it slip and this finally startrd happening, so I went back to my old habits and insights and went about apying the same rational id developed over years to figure it out.

This continued after I stopped using and quit smoking, so then I really got after making sure i was healthy. Ive been able to get it back. Again keep doing this but also do all of this, or at least what you realistically can. But know if you can manage all of it that it’s probably going to work, and the more you apply the better snd faster the results will come. Read it all because there is a device that helps treat this too by increasing blood flow and even promotes new vascular pathways grow if you’re looking for a magic bullet, which ill include after the health info. This stuff also helps you mentally and psychologically so will help with that, too:

super clean natural diet- that means just no processed foods (no refined sugar, no seed or vegetable oils- olive coconut and advocado are ok because they are actually fruits, and no refined grains) and as much quality animal source fats and meats wether you believe it or not- so butter, cream, raw milk, grass fed red rare meats and organ meats (especially liver from organic grass grazed animals), fish, eggs with the yolk always, etc etc. The fats are especially important because they are loaded with micronutrients and all the stuff that boosts testosterone which you want also. Meep grains down and make sure they are well fermented and/or sprouted. So that means almost all breads and pastas etc should be kept to a minimum if not off limits.

That coupled with good exercise is number 1. We want good blood flow and nervous system health, so cardio and especially sprints and circuits if you can handle it. Heavy squatting and deadlifting and/or olympic lifting is great also because it will also boost your testosterone. Explosive movements are great for both blood flow and the nerves. If you’ve never done it before, a starting strength or 5x5 routine, or any good powerlifting or olympic lifting regiment. Thise sorcifically are kinda dated currently but the same regiments date back 100 years under new names every decade so it doesnt matter. They work.

Another trick if done consistently is a quick cold as hell shower or jumping in freezing water. The initial shock activates your nervous system.

Then a few extras in diet:

You want nitrates back in your vascular walls. That allows them to stretch nicely. Smoking specifically inhibits that. The drugs I was using also cause the veins to constrict so it was happening two fold. Of course stop all that stuff if youre doing it.

Nitrates they use in hot dogs and shit are crap and wont help at all. But natural nitrates are in a lot of leafy greens and citrus fruits. A great habit for anyone is to eat just fruit first thing in the morning because it digests easily and loads you up with microfauna for your gut to handle food after, so I just ate oranges when id wake up. We have fresh lemons where I live… and I would actually drink a little fresh squeezed lemon juice throughout the day. And then arugula specifically is high in nitrates, so id just eat a fistfull here and there also.

You can do that it before meals to prep your system too, and sprouts are good preperation food also.

Along with natural suppliments that boost it if you want- just look into it they’re available- l-arginine etc etc.

And a few supplements that are specifically good for this- maca, fenugreek, horny goat, red gensing.

Couple just good ones that probably help also/ royal jelly, cod liver oil, and magnesium (its the missing one from the eco system today). A great way to get it is swimming in the ocean if possible, or a salt rub, but you can take it as a supplement as well

That stuff is second to basic health and a goid diet, which is the best place to get all your micronutrients anyway because food works as a system, not as isolated parts. Eat right first then add that to the top if you want to and can afford it (its not actually that expensive if you focus on the few you want).

Theres also this topical cream called himcolin gel that promotes blood flow. As well as suppliments for good nerve health, which could be part of the problem also. Look into it but stick to natural suppliments- so actual herbs, not synthesized vitamins or drugs.

And the therapy machine is called ā€˜accoustic shock wave therapy.’ It sends a small electric signal that breaks up scar tissue and promotes blood flow to the specific area you hit. This actually has worked for a back issue I had for years when nothing else did, and I’ve heard other guts say the same thing.

…But it also helps for erections by the same standard- breaking up scar tissue, regenerating vascular systems, and promoting blood flow. Its currently a new and promising treatment for ED. But instead of going to a clinic, there are a few models you can get on amazon for a couple hundred bucks, so you can just try it at home. Theres info about it all over the internet as well as a lot of this stuff if you want to look into it. One thing is you want the type thats called (i forget but it focusus the signal to a point as opposed to ā€˜radial’ which soreads it to a wider area).

Rebuilding strong healthy veins can take time, but I bet if you do all that for a couple months you wont have this problem anymore. They can get better and even regenerate if given a chance push to. You might even try avoiding any sexual actuvity alongside this for a few weeks to a month so injuries can heal, which is what they recommend in eastern medecine. A good side effect to all this also is you might end up in the best shape of your life and feel great. I can do a chin up with more than 3 plates hanging from my waste. That relationship I was in got really rocky if you can imagine, while i was also stressed about the rest of my life so id get depressed and start and stop with everything, and id notice a difference between when i was doing it and wasn’t within a couple days. Now that I stuck to it for a bit its fine though.

This isnt a magic story yourube ad with a motivizational ending. I didn’t get the girl back and she has developed a serious drug problem now. Its life and life can be fucked. But thats not what this is about.

Sleep well also, get sun and be happy.

And Id have this advise for the phycological aspect… just learn a good meditation technique and make it a habbit. Thats all.

And keep this in mind: things that work for anything always have and will wether they are marketed as such ir not, and werher they are currently embraced by mainstream medicine or not. Reality is the same no matter what anyone says. Some of this stuff is new and just starting to be incorporated and some of it comes from old forgotten insights and some is eastern natural remedies and some is completely alternative and some is considered controversial dieting. But ALL of it are things I’ve tried and tested on myself. And right away I’ll tell you a fact that you’d be wise to accept. The right way to eat is not a macronutrient focused standard lifters diet with all the whey shakes and calorie/portion/macro counting or a idealistic and biased vegetarian/vegan diet. And being real and sharing good information isnt about making people happy or being polite so I dont care how anyone receives what or how I choose to share. A good diet is the kind of diet humans evolved eating and whatever actually seems to work best in real time. The best source of that information is consolidated in Weston A Price foundation, so thats a good place to look. They tend to focus very heavily on meat so get demonized for it, but its not just about eating more meats. They’re rep also suffered when they advised not getting vaxed if you dont need to be during covid and suddenly 100 years of the best tried and true health research was banned from social media. If you really want to be a vegetarian they’ll actually have the best information on how to manage that also. Any question you have along the way you should look into, but trust what their answer is when its available over others because they’ve looked into it with an unbiased eye and wouldnt be sharing the information publicly if they hadn’t, and they pride themselves on the integrity if their information. Pound fruits and eat a salad here and there, and include quality meat. Keep grains down and only eat them when they are whole and well prepared- so fermented/sprouted. No processed sugar, bs oils, or polished grains (white flour). One thing for sure is if you go to a doc… they might be able to figure out whats going in specifically with an MRI or something which is useful if its avaiable, but they wont really know how to treat it. They definitely wont know how to approach basic diet and health because that world is a mess of poor research, marketing, and hubris coupled with bullshit standards and hoops of modern science that work great for studying inanimate objects in fields like physics but not so much with life forms and especially not with humans. Any real scientific research into human health would be unethical and illegal, so even when the answers are obvious they cant be accepted into modern medicine because not enough real research if any has gone into it. Also, most research is funded by cooperations with marketing interests so they only want and publicize the specific results they are looking for. So its biased and corrupt on top of almost impossible, and then everyone has an opinion so the vague and shady information they give gets misinterpreted, bastardized, and rolled with by the public. Even doctors themselves recite the same crap- like you may notice the old bs food pyramids on the walls of their offices, even though medical science never officially backed any of it up. Basically again, its just a mess. But ultimately even if it wasn’t, the same insights can be reached by looking at history and different societies and studying their diets and remedies while applying good judgement and thoughtful logic, and some societies have had certain advanced understanding of human health through spiritual techniques with meditation like India (although they are wrong about meat. They are the oldest agricutural civilization and their phylosophies developed alongside the advancements of farming, and were biased against tribal lifestyles and hunting- so for that dig back to africa and native americans, australian aborigines, etc etc. hunter gatherers- thats how we evolved and they were happy and well adjusted without needing to learn how to meditate to cope with agrigultural civilization lifestyles we were never suited to live and never had to developed it. We do though so learning to meditate is a powerful tool). Modern western practice is great when it has something dialed but rarely does and will probably put you on the latest drug they’re experimenting with and it will only work as well as it does to get a shrug from your doc when you’re still not satisfied. You dont need that and you shouldn’t give up. Whatever the problem is, the real solution is the same stuff Im talking about so try it for a couple months and see what happens.

Thats all going deep but when your dick stops getting hard… something is really wrong. Thats the first thing a lifeform needs to procreate. Its serious. The solution is gonna be buried at the root and involve looking at everything.

Even if you dont agree, try all that shit bro it works.

Wow, thanks for taking the time to write that mate. I’m gym and lift heavy 3-4x per week (which sometimes makes things worse weirdly) but I can defo eat more fruits and wholefoods.

The stuff about new research and therapies is promising. I’m only 29 so this is all quite concerning but that gives me hope. I’ll keep an eye out but hopefully being more healthy in life will help first
