I’ve been doing this program for a while now and have finished it and although I had period of being on and off I have been really consistent the last few months since been single. My relationship broke down because of the performance anxiety and I’m really trying to work on that issue for my next relationship. I meditate everyday, do sensate, do soft penis pleasuring and a few more. I guess I still get anxious it won’t work for me. Any help would be appreciated

Maybe preparation… I used to think that “thinking about performance” all the time would increase my anxiety… so I wouldn’t prepare for sex.
But now I am facing up to anxiety and working on it before sex…
By this I mean… doing the exercises e.g. meditation, box breathing, and simmering. Bit of kegel work. And then box breathing if I’m feeling anxious close to “kick off”.
It may not be right for you, but I think it’s right for me… and there is another post where someone does this prep work.
