Where can I find mindful masturbation techniques on this app?

I want to change my masturbation practice and focus more on sensation than visual stimulation using my phone screen.

There’s ’directed masturbation’ in ‘exercises’ on the home page.

Also the solo sensate exercises build up a wider sense of touch and move towards incorporating that in to masturbation.

I don’t see any exercises on the home page. I only see tasks?

Has directed masturbation or sensate work come up in your phase tasks on mojo yet? If not they may be in a future phase - keep going. I think you can only access exercises you’ve been assigned in the phases from your home page.

It would be good if Mojo had a bank of all exercises available for you to look through but I don’t think this is a feature (yet?).
