This was incredibly eye opening especially how easy and natural it is go soft very quickly as soon as stimulation is paused. It made me realise that maybe some of my fears that I should be hard all the time are unrealistic and I’m comparing myself to porn standards where the dudes are on medication.
I also found that the more times I rested, the harder I stayed and the longer it took to go completely soft. Definitely made me feel more confident and realised that I am maybe being to harsh on myself and expectations

I didn’t know how to feel about this exercice since masturbation really isn’t something new to me. I felt like it’s really okay, just masturbation with breaks. But taking a look at my penis and realizing slowly that well I change from a focused and excited state to a normal one, and back to an excited one rather quickly was a little reassuring. Who said that I actually need to be rock hard and excited all the time ? Where did I actually take this idea and standard from ? How cool is it to just be able to refocus, get excited and hard again and not worry about all the rest :blush:

I got to reconnect with my feelings of arousal. I had not been paying attention to them for years, to the point where I had forgotten all the intermediate stages there are. It was making me unable to realize I was getting there because I would only focus on the two extreme states, so frustration would get in the way.

Amazing experience. Was reluctant at first. But tried it and felt good after. I did cheat first time around by focusing in on an idol rather than my sex partner. But just want to do it with a small step first. And it felt great.

Being able to lie in bed and do this task with some of the other techniques that I have learned in my brief time on Mojo allowed me to experience the temperature, texture, and pressure aspect and incorporate it into this wax and wane. It was nice to see that I could get hard four times after going flaccid as well. It made me feel like I was actually in control and that is a good feeling.

This was an interesting program, getting and losing erections then getting it back has shown me that it’s possible to re-gain your erections and be in the moment and have a pleasurable experience, next time I have partnered sex I will used this.

I found it interesting that during the first round it was kind of hard to lose the erection, which is ironic since I have trouble maintaining erections during sex. Then I found that box breathing is good way to lose my erection in this exercise.

I found this a really good confidence building exercise, it has made me more aware of what I like and given me ideas to take into a my relationship.

This exercise is showing me just how dynamic my penis can be. I used to be hung up on the idea of getting hard purely from the anticipation of sex, but this exercise is helping me realize that physical stimulation is part of sex and is a valid way to get an erection before penetration.

So I woke up this morning with a full erection masterbated. I was happy as it was the harder it had been in a long time. I then came onto the app and then it told me to do this wax and wane exercise.

First thought…I just came…so no way this will work. But I tried it anyway…an I couldn’t believe that I was still able to get hard three times and go soft. I used the box breath to help. The confidence and the power this exercise is giving me is great.
