I had ED as a teenager and it meant that it wasn’t until I was 23 that I lost my virginity to my then girlfriend. We fell in love and I had 8 years with her with no issues. Hey, not really helpful here, but I just wanted to add that I feel exactly the same, when I was in a relationship I had no problems in sex, however now every girl that I get on with for one night, I experience erection issues
I’ve had the same experience as you guys. For me, it has been extremely important to build some sort of emotional connection with the person first. Also make sure you have dealt with any feelings of guilt and done the work to heal. While in the situation, try to focus on your senses in the moment and how you are making the person you are with feel.
