What is the most important exercise?

What is the most important activity to do in order to keep hard long enough to penetrate.

I’ve been using mojo for about 2 weeks now. I’m 51, have an amazing sex life but . . . I can keep really hard during foreplay (30 mins+) but when I want to penetrate I just go soft. We had sex 3 times yesterday (I’m a lucky guy!) and I just couldn’t get hard for long enough to slide inside.

I don’t really want to take the blue tablets (as I think it’s cheating!) and so I want to know what is the most important activity to do in order to keep hard for long enough to penetrate.

I think it’s not just about “one exercise”. Mojo seems to be a holistic system as a whole that gets you there. You are likely spectating when it goes out of your partners mouth and then into their vagina which causes it to go soft. The same goes for me when putting on a condom.
