I guess it’s better than nothing but still quite frustrating, using this app to fight my daily anxiety over it which is making me quite depressed as well as I worry about losing my relationship.

I assure you that consistency with the mojo exercises works, even if it seems hopeless! I was in the same space and it’s better. I also took a break from hookups and sex to reset my mind and that was helpful
