What did you observe about your monkey mind?

It went silent for once

I felt a lot quieter. Kind of felt disappointed that there wasn’t a circus to observe.

I noticed random thoughts popping up in my head. I didn’t get carried away too much with them though.

I need to give this some thought. I’m not aware my mind races or chatters too much - I’m naturally fairly neutral

This is my second time doing this exercise. It helps a lot to manage the internal chatter that was causing the anxiety. I used this technique and I realised I felt less anxious during the day and repeated the words from this audio, before a sexual encounter. This totally changed how I anticipated the encounter. When we got in the room I got it up straight away and had no performance issues at all. This I think is one of the better exercises on the platform especially if you struggle with performance anxiety like myself. Thanks :folded_hands:t4:

Meditation is very helpful. My sexual problems are the result of anxiety.

How to think but this is one exercise I’ll definitely be come back to daily.

Wow, this is really interesting. I just realized I haven’t observed my thought in my entire life.

I think I have to do this one a few times to really understand this exercise

I have more control over my mind than I actually thought. I can silence the monkey mind to a degree. Even if I allow it to play out its games sometimes.

My mind was goin crazy could pitcure it like pinball bouncing around,
By the end tho was alot slower and calmer

Definitely more in control towards the end. Felt like it almost exhausted itself by the end!

I genuinely pictured my thoughts as monkeys. They did calm down towards the end.

I was able to see how my minds goa a to on thing to the other so fast

I was able to see how tense my muscles are in my head

Nothing. Not sure if already pretty calm or unable to really “get it”

I noticed so many thoughts going through my mind, work, family, stress, anxiety.

I was really surprised how many topics ran through my head in 10 minutes. Its busy up there.

Interesting how much work stuff clutters my mind

I was able to see more clearly what I was thinking but not straight away yet.
