I don’t think it resonated completely, but I think it’s good to have a visualisation to attach.
I think it’s sort of helpful to have something simple to address.
Yes it for the desciption and I look down upon it
The visual representation is useful to put an image with the feeling. Personally I don’t thinks it’s 100% accurate visually or resonating with me but it matters for the purpose
No, it’s not correct
Not really

A little bit, was an interesting perception, one that I’d not thought of before
Doesn’t really capture the inner critic to what I envision, however I do also think that for the practice it will work, I guess seeing this inner critic more as a visual representation than a thought
I think the idea of personifying the inner critic is helpful to offload some of the ‘responsibility’ from the ‘real me’ but the image itself didn’t resonate with me that much
A little bit, but its something I’ve been seeing my whole life so it’s not shocking to be honest
Yes, it did
It resonates with the feeling of weakness and lack of control that I feel when I want to initiate sex. The shadow figure with his head down embodies the “you’re not capable” feeling I get as I begin to spiral downwards.
No
Resonated with me in the way that it was an embodiment of negative thoughts
Not much
It’s good to visualize it
The thought process was more beneficial than the image
