Spend time alone, practicing, with lube, making sure you feel relaxed (use Mojo’s exercises) - and get used to putting it on with erotic thoughts, do the waxing & waning - don’t panic if you go a bit soft you will begin to feel confident getting it back up. Once you are more confident yourself you can try with a partner. You can also encourage your partner to help and make it part of the love making? Good luck : )
Does the condom fit easily or is it tight? I had issues losing it until I bought properly sized condoms. One fit is where I went and it helped with this issue. The mental stuff, not so much.
I have the same issue - the head is super sensitive (not always in a pleasurable way if it’s too much, more like tickling) so having it rolled back all the way to put a condom on introduces some weird sensations.
Use lube. Also, I’m not in the habit of rolling my foreskin all the way back when hard. It’s quite sensitive for us uncircumcised guys. Some of us may be able to easily roll the foreskin back. Others such as myself don’t bother rolling it back preemptively, but rather allow the foreskin to move by itself through the action of the movements. And so, when I put a condom on, I personally don’t roll the skin back, no issues there. Again, some guys have no problems to roll the skin back before putting the condom. That is not the case and I leave the foreskin where it is naturally, and allow it to move freely with the movements of the old in-and-out naturally.
