I have an amazing girlfriend. Recently I’ve been unable to get an erection with her, even after taking pills. However, when I’m alone, I get erections while watching porn and masturbating.
I can’t stand that I’m hurting her when she wants to have sex and I’m unable to get an erection. She thinks I’m not attracted to her - totally false. She’s hot and I love her.
I need to stop watching porn.
Help!

Maybe the porn is desensitizing your arousal triggers? New stuff is a turn-on, but what we already have stops being exciting.
Something I have tried: go to bed, cuddle etc, but agree that you will NOT have sex, no matter how aroused you get. Make it forbidden. Do that a few nights and see if it makes it exciting again?
Porn is a proper mind warp. Since meeting my partner who i hopefully will be marrying soon i don’t have the urge to wank or watch porn. I feel more in control now.
I believe that excessive porn use may be a major contributor to ED problems.
However, it is not the full story and you putting pressure on yourself and not dealing properly with it is probably also a problem. For me this problem did not go away when I stopped watching porn though and I was therefore still having trouble with ED.
Through a lot of psychological work through the app and a therapist I was able to improve my problem recently and I was able to perform again during sex. This is in spite of watching porn now and then, like 1 or 2 times per week and only pov stuff.
It is still a taff uphill battle for me though, but I am seeing progress. Stay strong.

Go work out every time you feel like watching porn. It will only take a week or two to break the habit and the upside is that you’ll be in better shape. Download a workout app that has 10-15 min body weight workouts and you’ll be a new man after a month
Guys any of you read here that there is nothing wrong with porn re: ED?!?

Consider dr. Ks guides to porn addictikn on YouTube, very good suggestion is to schedule usage for 15 minutes on x night of the week to make it a more winnable battle. I would also consider a hoodoo domination spell write out “porn” or “porn addiction” and put it in your left shoe, works for most things. You might also be able to do so for ED not sure haven’t tried it for that.
Porn teaches you to become aroused visually and heavily lacks sensation. With my newer girlfriend, I’ve slowly been able to get better about “feeling good” versus looking at an unrealistic sexual activity to get aroused. It takes time, but cutting it off completely I think is largely beneficial for all of us as males
Any updates on your situation?? going through the exact same minus the porn
Hey man! Totally support not watching porn but it’s the stress and the negative thoughts that you gotta control first!
What work out app do you recommend?
I use the peloton app which is pretty good, if you want to really get after it and have more time, buy the book 8 weeks to Seal Fit. If you follow the on ramp program, it’ll change your life
