I’m 22 years old and im having trouble getting it up and making it harder I’ve never had these problems before until this year when my body went under a lot of stress and anxiety every single day and I just felt my libido getting lower and lower and back when I was 20, 19, 18, 17 years and so I never had this problem and I’m trying to get my erections back but better and stronger than ever because I don’t need it effecting my relationship with my partner because she feels a certain way thinking she’s not attractive enough and I don’t want her thinking that can someone please help?
Don’t worry, mate. This is a very generic problem among people here. It doesn’t matter how old are you, stress is a libido killer and it can even affect your testosterone level. Try to calm down, use guided meditation and box breathing. Talk to your partner honestly and tell them that a lot of other men have similar problems and you are working on it. Follow the guidance of Mojo. The best if you can practice together with your partner.
What else do I do to get my erections back and last longer?
How do I get rid of stress permanently to regain erectile strength but bigger better and stronger than before so I can make things better?
How long does it take to regain strong erections?
What vitamins/supplements/herbs would you suggest taking to make it bigger, better and stronger than ever?
And how can I speed up the process?
How do I get rid of ED?
You need to practice what Mojo suggest and do it regularly. It will give you results after a while. Just be patient and do not expect it immediately. It needs weeks or months of daily practicing to see results.
Use Mojo regularly for weeks / months. Results will come.
It looks like i cannot reply to your messages so i give it a try to write a new thread. You cannot speed it up, and it’s better to focus on the exercises rather than the time. It can vary from days to months. If you want to achieve quick result, you will end up like me a year ago when i gave it up too early. And now i’m here again, so i just lost a year.
