Solo Sensate Focus

Today I advanced to Level 2 and was required to do the exercise for 20 minutes.

I played some relaxing meditation music and mindfully touched my genitals using a light touch.

I experienced arousal and my penis became erect. I enjoyed the sensation of lightly touching my erection for a time and then it went soft.

I have E.D. and when my penis became flaccid I briefly went into fight or flight but I continued to be mindful and a little while later my penis became hard again.

This happened a few times throughout the exercise and taught me a valuable lesson.

I learnt that my penis will be both hard and soft during sex and to not spectate.

How long into the programme do you get the sensate exercise?

I started this current course on July 2, so it was about three weeks.

Fantastic- that is part of the point of it to enjoy touch - including non genital - and go with the flow.
