Been with my wife almost 20 years. Had an affair. She found out 9 months ago. We are working through things.

At first I didn’t have much trouble being intimate with her. The last few months I have had very low sex drive. Don’t really feel horny. My plumbing works (night errctions), I know it has to be psychological.

Recently lost erection a couple times during sex. That didn’t help things.
I am attracted to her.

How/when do I get over this low libido?

Get some bloodwork done! Not sure your age, but I’m 52 now and that was definitely an issue for me. I’m now on TRT and I feel amazing. Super high libido and no issues with keeping the banger up

Also, might wanna consider taking a penis pill to help build the confidence. I did and along with the TRT and low dosed pill….hard and strong like bull
