I have been trying the solo sensates exercise and am finding it hard to do 20 minutes at a time as I feel I am not really doing anything by the end of it almost waiting for my 20 minute timer to go off, could it be as effective if I done 15 maybe 10 mins of this exercise or would this defeat the purpose
Iām sure doing 10 or 15 minutes is better than 0 minutes.

Yeah I started with 10 min - I began to
enjoy it after a while and extended he time so 20 can sometimes feel quite short - so yep, better to do 10min,even 5 than nothing.
