Yea man, I ejaculate within seconds after penetration. I haven’t found a solution to last longer. But, one thing that has helped my sex life is I have focused on using my fingers or oral to make girls finish before sex.

I have had some success with cock rings. It doesn’t necessarily help with not lasting very long but it can help maintain the erection so that you don’t have to stop. The trick is to get one that fits correctly and do not leave it on for longer than 30 min.
