Im 24 I’ve been struggling with performance anxiety lately and I need help, days before a sexual encounter I’ll be stuck in my own head and I’ll overthink everything. When the moment of intimacy finally comes, I am able to calm myself down and start to get intimate. My issue is that even though I’m good in the moment, my arousal response is very week, I find it hard to get erections and when I do, they fade very quickly, they are very volatile. I haven’t been able to stay hard all the way to the end. I have ED medication but I do not want to become dependant on them, I don’t know what to do. What sort of activities have you guys been doing to help with this issue those that have experienced this? I’m in need of answers badly

Check your hormones mate
See a urologist first. Make sure all your bloodwork is good.
Then start a legal routine. Kegals, reverse, and diaphragm stretches. I’d also spend a few hours reading topics and replies here.
