I am not sure if this is normal or not, but I can’t seem to get fully erect without the usage of porn. Everytime I follow the exercises or try to use my imagination I can only get semi hard until I reach my climax which is when it sometimes gets to a full erection. But by the time it’s fully hard I am done.
This may be my mind playing tricks on me ofcourse but I am seeing a lady very soon who I am very interested in sexually and she showed to be too, I imagined some scenarios with her and used the simmering excercise but only get half chubs during mastrubation.
Is this normal? Or is there more going on

Had something similar with me for a while. Like you said it’s your mind playing tricks on you. For me, mentally, it was a combination of anxiety, spectatorating how hard I was so that I could never just be I the moment, and also an unhealthy relationship with porn. For the physical side, I think I was carrying stress in my pelvic floor which caused lots of tension and tightness. The reverse kegel exercises made a difference within a couple of weeks. I’m still having performance anxiety sometimes, but when I am relaxed I’m having the best erections I’ve had in years.

I’ve found not rushing more foreplay
I’ve found that a silicone ring helps keep blood in my dick and gives me way more confidence in my erection.
Can’t speak to the PE portion- I’m the opposite. I have a death grip and cannot finish anywhere but my hand…
I will say if you try a band, buy a few different sizes and elasticities. Took me a while to find the right one.
