I’ve been speaking to this girl I know and have had her in my bed multiple times but can’t find the courage to have sex with her as I know I won’t last for longer then seconds, does anyone else get this problem of not being able to last and if so any tips of being able to control it

That’s part of what a lot of us are here to correct. Letting her know in advance that she really excites you and that you feel like that might happen and then if it does using your fingers on her.
