I’m sure others deal with this as well, but it is very frustrating. I met a girl who is wayyy out of my league and I’m very attracted to her, to the point where I can’t control myself at all. We haven’t had sex yet, but I still climax very quickly to handjobs etc with her, and haven’t had this issue as much with other girls in the past. I think it just means I feel something real for her, but don’t want my sexual issues to ruin a chance I have at a relationship. I’ve tried some of the courses on here, but nothing has really helped. I’m having this issue as well with cuming too fast. What I’m learning about myself is that I’m constantly overwhelmed and over-stimulated. What’s helping me is learning to breathe and to be more in tune with my entire body, the room and the whole experience. The calmer I approach and practice, the easier it’s becoming for me to last. It’s a fight, but I need to get better and I’m going to get there, even if it takes a long time.

Give the lady as much foreplay as possible make her cum multiple times before you even penetrate by fingering her etc . That allows you to calm down aswell . What makes you think she’s outa your league? What story in your heads says you’re not worthy of being with a girl you really like? What about ‘10s’ means you have to all of a sudden make sure she’s ok and loving the experience vs focusing on your pleasure?

One thing I did is we would do 69. I was so caught up in eating her out, I would last so much longer when she was blowing me
