(Nearly) back to normal!

Just had sex last night the first time (without taking tablets) where my erection was mostly erect (I would say about 90% erect) which I am really pleased about as I used the box breath and also the positive visualisation from the meditations and this helped get me calm and in the better mindset.

However I just have that one gripe about my erection not being 100% erect (despite it being enjoyable still). Just want to know what could help to get that final 10% without relying on tablets?

I will take the victory though!

Cardio exercises like treadmill or rowing or bike but make sure bike is really cushioned or seated bike so it doesn’t cutoff circulation to penis

Sprint interval training. You will see the benifits the next day
