So I have been noticing getting morning wood again and it is a positive feeling. This after going through a period where I felt like I could not get hard after stopping porn.
Should I be doing anything when I notice it? An exercise or something? Or just let it go away?

If you are feeling good enough, you can touch yourself or not. It’s up to you. What does your inner coach tell you to do?
Enjoy the positive feeling. If your partner is around take full advantage! If it’s just you, allow yourself to enjoy it. If it were me, I would not waste it. I would start slowly to tease myself and build up the speed vary the grip and fingers until I am ready for a nice release (without porn that is). And hopefully if wife were around show her the hard present and hope she can enjoy it with me! I don’t regularly wake up with wood and I have been doing these exercises consistently so hope this changes soon.
