I’ve had a lot of stressors in my life recently and my libido dipped significantly to the point I had the woman I’ve had a crush on from work on top of me half naked and I couldn’t get hard. I like her as well, so it’s not just sex. I’m curious to know if there are any natural ways to increase libido. Full transparency, I’m 33 and not the healthiest man out there so exercising regularly is the only thing I can think of. Any foods or other lifestyle changes anyone has tried that’s made a difference?

Could easily be stress as another poster has said.
If you’re gaining weight and feel less proactive in other aspects of life, and have general lethargy as well as low libido, it’s definitely worth asking for a blood test to check your testosterone levels if you haven’t already.
I would look into increasing your greens and citrus. This can massively help get your folates higher which can play into ED
