I’ve only just come to mojo and it’s really been helping me to understand the connection between the mental and’s physical sides of things.
This morning for the first time in a long time I woke up with a really solid hard on, but then on realising and being happy that the physical ability to get hard is there, I pretty much immediately felt this wave of anxiety like my body was trying to shut it down and get rid of it like a way of protecting me from danger. Pure fight or flight in action.
It’s so frustrating to feel that, so I’m really hoping with time, education and techniques from Mojo I’ll be able to start to control this type of response.
