Good day / bad day

I literally started using Mojo yesterday and I found the breathing exercises really useful, it helped calm me down but better than that helped me get and stay hard while using techniques in the build up to sex which was the best it had been in a while. Cut to today and the total opposite, have been trying the breathing again and it started to work, then something my partner said triggered the fight or flight and I just dropped in an instant and could literally feel the blood flowing everywhere else apart from where it needed to be. Pretty upset because even though it’s very early days I thought I’d found a hack that would sort me out, but apparently not as I’m now writing from the spare room :man_shrugging:

I hear ya. Sorry to hear that the progress isn’t smooth. It actually reminds me of a sticker my therapist made which says, “bad days don’t erase progress”. I think about it sometimes with my mental health, but honestly it really applies to my sex life too. I hope that you can start to see the progress you’re hoping for, and that these words can help.
