Is it physcial or not?

I am 27yo and healthy. I know the root cause of my issues was mental but I’ve addressed a lot of that and feel that my performance anxiety is not an issue. However now I am more focused on erection quality while alone and wondering if there may be something physical going on.

When I’m alone I don’t get random erections and don’t wake up with them. I avoid masturbating because in the past the quality was not great during. Maybe 80-90% but not sustainable without constant touch. I don’t have enough frequent sexual encounters to know if that would make a difference either.

I’ve been to a urologist who didn’t find any issues but also was kinda unsure about it and did not fill me with confidence.

Curious if other guys also have this experience because I’m going a little crazy here. I feel like it’s possible this shit is so engrained mentally that I’m just spectatoring 24/7 and even subconsciously while sleeping maybe. But I’m completely unsure what to do because it seems there is no good advice at all out there.

How long have you stopped masturbating? And are there any further tests that you can do?

Off and on nofap for the past year or so just to see what would happen. Recently have stopped completely for a month.

I am planning to get a second urologist opinion but don’t expect much. They just want to push pills.

It must be frustrating that you didn’t see any change even though you’ve stopped masturbating for a whole month. I’m not sure if it’s a physical issue, but at the same time, I hope you can keep going!

We have a lifetime of bad habits that it may be too much to expect a change after just a month.

I think you’re doing great to plan another visit to the urologist. I’m sure not all of them are evil money grubbers and hope you meet one who can help! Do update us on what the urologist says.
