I’m new here on day 1. I’m feeling curious and inspired

Hey brothers:

I’ve had an amazing younger girlfriend ( 35 I’m 46) for over a year now. For the first 6 to 7 months we had some of the most incredible sex I’ve ever had. Her sex drive is incredibly high. Just recently I’ve been noticing that I’m not getting hard or I’m going soft. This has become more of an issue as we occasionally attend sex parties, and also have unicorns and other lovers sometimes with us. It is in these situations that I find my cock the least Cooperative.

I’m really curious abou this work in this community is gonna shift things for me.

My first sessions today helped me to realise that I’m currently going through a very stressful divorce with my ex-wife and I had no idea how much that was contributing to my constant state of anxiety, fear and stress and getting in the way of my beautiful relationship with my incredible new girlfriend.

Hey if you’re new my best advice is to stick with it and be consistent. Yes every day consistent.

Originally I found this app in July and gave it a try and overall wasn’t too satisfied. Partially because I didn’t want to accept my issues and that I didn’t think an app would really help and that made me not put in the effort that was needed.

After another negative experience during the early winter, I accepted my issues and came back willing to try

It’s now been a couple months (bit less maybe) of being consistent and I am seeing progress! The drive to change has fuelled my consistency and I now use the app about twice a day.

Early on the “coach” is going to keep firing off different things things for you to do and learn but in my opinion it really lacks a “routine”. Keep doing what they say until you have a good arsenal of exercises in the explore tab on this app. What works for me is I created my daily routine and stick to that once a day, and then see what the coach offers as something extra for a second session.

Consistency has been helping me a lot and I’m happy with the progress I’ve made so far. I really wish I had just bit the bullet in July and started way back then, but can’t change the past. It may take longer than you’d like and I honestly didn’t notice much at first which was part of my giving up early on as well. But keep up the work and the pay off should come

Wishing you and everyone else the best on your journey
