I am exactly the same. The only way I could confidently have sex was with Viagra. No inner critic then as I believed it would work (and chemically it does). But watching porn I can get rock hard. I watch a lot and masturbate a couple of times a day. I know it’s psychological so I’m going to put all my energy into this program to learn new, healthier habits. Good luck bro

What worked for me was to find one thing about my wife that turned me on and focus on that. The more I focused on the thing about her that turned me on the more I started noticing other things about her that were arousing. I also talked to my wife about it openly, and let her know it was not her, it was something I needed to work on. It took some practice but it worked for me. We are more intimate now than ever before.

I’ve been there - porn is definitely a bad influence in my situation too - working from home and having “time on my hands”, then not having libido left when my wife is home.
