It could be because of death grip, definitely stop masturbating for a good while

Also, try switching to a flesh light of sorts. Assuming you’re too used to the aforementioned “death grip,” particularly if it’s a dry hand. At the very least, experiment with get used to the sensation with lube, and just tease with a light touch.
