I actually used to do this before realising it was a thing when I was younger. I got very good at timing it perfectly, so that I would be on the brink of orgasm and only a drop of cum would escape after squeezing. I wouldn’t have a full orgasm but it was like one contraction.
From there I conditioned myself to believe that I was far less sensitive after having a mini orgasm and I was able to last for as long as I wanted.
However now, I have lost my confidence and realised even though I can replicate the mini orgasm, I am in fact still just as fragile to early ejaculation as I was before.
I managed to have three mini orgasms but by 9 minutes I had had enough and let it all go. On your own it’s great, but with a partner it is not feasible to stop and start after barely any stimulation.

Relaxing jaw helped a bit, but inner critic is still getting to me. Couldn’t get hard, let alone stay hard to try the squeeze technique. That said, I did focus on pleasure & felt like I was at least enjoying parts of the exercise. The progress will come with more practice.
What I am finding from these exercises is if I am not fully aroused then I am not getting hard so I am either nearly at ejaculation point or I’m losing an erection, I can’t get or keep a hard penis unless I am fully aroused to nearly the pint of no return

It was hard to get close to PONR, but not over it. I’m doing this with Fleshlight and the withdrawal to squeeze can feel stimulating, so it’s a risky manouvere.
Yeah, i think they made it hard to understand by showing where your partners hand should go, and then just writing where your hand should go,.if going solo. Realistically, we’re going to be squeezing ourselves, so it should show where our hand goes.
I’ve not managed to have time to test it yet, but I’ll definitely try soon!

The squeeze just seemed to stimulate me more. I had to have hands off completely to not ejaculate.
Depending on where I squeeze it could induce more arousal. I’m finding it better to just be hands off when I’m that far ahead.
Also I found that shaking my head somewhat vigorously helps in snapping out of intense arousal, give a good reset. I have dreads which slap against my face and head, and it helps.
I just went to much for clímax and quick to the ponr to try the technique. But I could not hold it
I have used this technique throughout life but not quite like I learned today. It is a great method.
