This was just right. The talking was also a bit less compared to the previous videos which made it much more clearer as to how long I can meditate without someone instructing.
with this one i realized that for meditation it feels longer when instructed on smth while meditating. i chose 5m cos that was good for the other guided meditations, but here it was over before i even really felt it started. this corresponds to my experience when meditating by myself in the past
I was in a rush this time so did shorter session but I find ten mins to be the minimum time that’s worth it for me.
10 minutes for me, but I intend to increase the time, felt relax
5 mins went in a flash. Want to build this into a regular thing

Counting breaths always allows me to lose track of time. When ten minutes was up I genuinely thought it was too soon.
I’ve meditated before and 10 minutes feels like a good amount of time. Enough to really get into the practice without it being too big to fit into the day

Five minutes was good but I feel as though I should be able to manage ten on a daily basis.
