Ive been getting mixed reviews online and the wording here on Mojo isnt clear enough. I truly need like step by step by step on how to perform a reverse kegal. When I try I literally feel nothing.
I also had some trouble with this. What worked for me was using happy baby stretch while belly breathing (this is also exercise in the app โhappy baby reverse kegelsโ). This will almost certainly lift your pelvic floor and you can start to recognize how it feels. Then you could also do it while sitting, but I donโt see the point in that when you could just continue with the happy baby reverse kegels.
