How to Actually Reverse Kegal

Ive been getting mixed reviews online and the wording here on Mojo isnt clear enough. I truly need like step by step by step on how to perform a reverse kegal. When I try I literally feel nothing.

I also had some trouble with this. What worked for me was using happy baby stretch while belly breathing (this is also exercise in the app โ€œhappy baby reverse kegelsโ€). This will almost certainly lift your pelvic floor and you can start to recognize how it feels. Then you could also do it while sitting, but I donโ€™t see the point in that when you could just continue with the happy baby reverse kegels.
