Feels like you’re trying to pull your nuts up inside yourself.
Pinch off a pee stream and you’re doing it right
I’m not sure how to continue breathing tho. With the normal Kegel I can breathe normally
But with a reverse Kegel it’s almost impossible to keep to area relaxed when breathing out. Which makes me hold my breath. Which them makes me tense

I’m still not sure I’m doing it right. It feels like I’m trying to crack a walnut between my butt cheeks. I’m not experiencing any kind of flex in the perineum. I may have to stay after school until I get this right.
Question: what’s the difference between a “regular Kegel” and a “reverse Kegel”? I don’t see that explained anywhere.
Feels like a really weird sensation I can tell somethings flexing but it doesnt feel like a regular muscle
I can do the exercises anywhere. Sitting down, standing up or lying down. I don’t see the need to put your feet up in the air. I live a very busy day so putting my feet up is not conducive to my schedule. I just started doing kegel exercises recently, so far, no effect but I can stop my pee and release it at will.
I can feel some kind of muscle activity between my balls and butthole.

I think the app should have more physical excercises for us, squeezing is not enough
Agree… way better apps than this for kegel exercises. This has too much focus on getting it up vs cumming too quick
Reverse legal feels like pushing out a fart or bowel movement…do at the end of an exhale
Like flexing my taint
This is much easier to do than reverse kegels but hurts more
Squeeze like your holding in pee
Scrunching sensation of the taint
