I usually will hold off for a couple days before sex and it’s had mixed results. It could be in my head but I think it helps!

I usually find holding off on masturbation helps me. Makes me look forward to sex more so I get less anxiety if I’m going to be able to get hard or not because I haven’t came in awhile and want to have sex. If that makes sense lol
