Help me please!

Hello, i am a 20M from italy and i am having some issues with anxiety that lead to erection issues. (I am sorry I might make some mistakes typing but english isn’t my first language).
I never really talked about this with anyone so telling you all anonymously is helping me a lot.
I have gotten to a point where I tend to avoid sexual contacts with girls i liked and do everything to avoid sex itself and i really don’t like this situation. Everything started after i was really feeling myself one time but when i got to the point where i had to penetrate her (I dont know if you say it like this :joy:) It did not stay up because it couldn’t enter. After this situation the anxiety really got bad and i was thinking about this problem every moment of the day. After a while i tried again with other girls (that i didn’t really like) and i got hard and could end the sexual act, that always ends after like 1-2 mins after the penetration.
I have another problem though, I think i am not really experienced since i never had a girlfriend and i always do the same position because i am scared that i could get the erection issue.
I am :100: sure that is a psychological problem regarding only my inexperience since i am a good looking guy and my size is big, but i am still a lot worried. I want to finally accomplish what i didnt do with the girl i like and stop avoiding things.
Can you guys tell me the things that helped you the most getting out of this situation please? :heart::heart:

Talking about it with someone, a therapist, a friend, an anonymous chat like this is a great way to free yourself from the stress of thinking you need to do it all by yourself. Eventually you will know how to talk about it with a girl the right way and that will ultimately help the most. Focus on the anxiety exercises here and seek out more anxiety therapy. You just got to get out of your head.
