Hey everyone am new here and I really need help getting over masturbating

I have been masturbating for over 5years now and I really want to stop , its affecting my life so badly even my relationship , I often get erection dysfunction during sex with my girlfriend, I barely can ejaculate during sex but when I masturbate I ejaculate in seconds , this issues is breaking me so much and I recently gather the courage to tell my girlfriend about it , I have been trying to fight it but i keep going back to it , am unable to concentrate on many things I feel down and drained , I have a health condition that doesn’t allow me to do hard exercises so am even unable to go to the gym as most people say it might help , I literally cry when ever I think about it don’t even know how to fight this spirit of watching porn and masturbating

Know that you’re not alone in this buddy… I’ve started therapy and bought a workbook on addictions… getting hold on an addiction is a difficult task but we’ll figure it out

Remain grateful that you can even get it working, regardless of watching the naughty stuff! I’d start there and realise that this is something you can overcome and in your control.

Realise that every time you do masturbate your wasting a lot of potential and powerful energy as a man and observe this ongoing cycle.

Masturbation (and even porn) is not problematic by itself. It is possible to develop a bad relationship with porn, that is definitely true and porn does “desensitize” you in some sense if you overuse it. However, I and most other men can have good sex with hard erections while still masturbating and watching porn regularly. I would recommend masturbate using fantasy about 3-5 times a week and then, if you want, give yourself a special treat of watching porn say once every two weeks or so.

It is very important that you do exercise as much as you can. It does not need to be hard exercise. Can be walking, swimming, lifting with low weight using machines. Also pelvic floor exercises are very important.

You also need to work on psychological problems related to sex that you have likely developed. This is the hard part, but it can always be beaten!
