Goal oriented solo masturbation

Been using this app for nearly a month now and have been keeping up with daily mediations to help erection problems. I find that the breathing exercises have helped me, but I sometimes struggle to effectively use them in the moment when I need them.

I want to be able to successfully masturbate but find myself focusing on getting hard too much or how my penis is not as big as it would be if it were fully erect. As I continue to masturbate, my body often looks for a quick route to pleasure, which often leads to PE. Each unsuccessful masturbation adds further pressure the next time.

I’ve started doing sensate and other techniques, but in each masturbation I still seem mostly focused on spectatoring on my hardness or how I’m going to ejaculate early.

Anyone got any tips on how to become less goal oriented with erections?

Maybe start doing more soft penis play for exposer therapy, and reducing your trigger of playing with your soft penis/non-erection.

Try using reversed kegels during masturbation to keep the PC muscle relaxed. As I started focusing on that, it actually helped me realize how much tension I was holding in my pelvic floor during masturbation which is coming to be counterproductive to relaxing and lasting longer. I’ve struggle pretty bad with PE, and I feel like this has helped me a little bit.

I have noticed a bit more tension in my pelvic floor recently when I start getting harder during masturbation. I’ll give this a go thanks for the help!
