Iāve dealt with phimosis my whole life (canāt retract foreskin at all) Iāve never had sex and Iāve been insecure about it for as long as I can remember, I donāt think itās the main cause of my ed but Iām hoping getting rid of it will give me more confidence and help me feel more comfortable in the bedroom, I have a lovely new girlfriend who I tried and failed to have sex with as I lost my erection a couple weeks ago.
Iāll have about 9 weeks altogether before Iām fully healed and can try again so during that time Iām abstaining from porn and masturbation, just hoping itās long enough to fix my brain as I think I might have porn addiction.

I was circumcised last year as like you my foreskin was tight. It has opened my penis up to sensations that are amazing.
Just a word of advice the recovery process is a painful one. For me about 4-6 weeks after the op. I was getting hard and Jesus the pain. All I could think about was masterbating which you can not do till your recovered.
Wear loose fitting trousers and underwear. Do not wear jeans as they hurt.
Some people say briefs help as it stops the moving around but I found them to be too compacting.
Be honest with you work as your mobility will be reduced

Totally agree with previous comment - itās a game changer in terms of sensation and simply being pain freeā¦but the recovery isnāt funā¦but itās worth it in every aspectā¦
I found Vaseline helpful for protecting the head as it feels very sensitive at firstā¦
Good on you for taking the step - youāll never regret it!
