Fantasy worries

My wife and I do share fantasies. But I’m reluctant to share the fantasies I intentionally resort to during sex when I lose my erection. She wouldn’t like me to fantasise at that point. It does make me feel a bit guilty.

Your fantasies are yours to have, and that is not something you should feel you have to suppress.

Fantasy is normal and healthy. Imagining a fantasy is different (ie. healthy) than taking action to fulfill that fantasy.

Sure, tuning in to physical sensations and staying relaxed is the gold standard, but don’t feel like you’re doing anything wrong by leveraging a fantasy to become aroused.

Fantasy is normal and healthy.
