So i saw something on social media related to cycling increasing risk oeeef erectile dysfunction due to the pressure put on the perineum over long periods. This then made me think of how just sitting for long periods may also have an effect, especially since working from home has become a major factor in having a sedentary lifestyle in recent years… Did some googling and it turns out its a thing, some saying sitting to long is as detrimental as smoking… I think this might be something that has lead to my issues, anyone else relate??
