Ed issue are worrying me

I went through a divorce in 2021 and throughout that marriage I never had a problem getting and maintaining an erection. Since the divorce, I’ve had trouble getting and maintaining an erection even alone. I barely grow even when doing solo. I’ve recently entered into a new relationship and I have avoided sex because of that issue. I’ve tried blue chew, and it doesn’t seem to help either. I’m starting to worry that I may never get a full erection again. I haven’t had Morning wood in probably three years now. I’ve been taking supplements for a few months that are supposed to improve blood flow, but haven’t seen any significant improvements. Should should I see a doctor? I’m only 35 so I feel like I shouldn’t be having issues.

Honestly start with your urologist and your regular Dr. Get the lab work done. Make sure there’s no physical issue. (Anxiety, diabetes, high blood pressure….etc…)
At the same time, dig in here. Do the work. Read all the topics and responses here.

I’m 37 and going through something similar and had blood test everything seems normal The doctor says it’s stress and depression. Next month I see physiatrist maybe it might help. I exercise and eat good so I don’t know

100% you need to just spend the money and see a GP that specialises in Mens special health.
At least they can test your penis with an injection to see if it works, and if the problem is physical or psychological. Also check if any medications your on affect the old fella too.

Anxiety can be extremely covert. It sounds like you’ve been through a lot and there is a lot of pain and a huge burden of self expectation and concern around your confidence in your erection. Getting a check is absolutely necessary I’d say; either for reassurance or for guidance. Most likely reassurance.
Talk to your new partner. Until you’re sure she’s in your corner you’ll keep feeling a lot of anxiety. Remember her perspective. If she sees you avoiding sex she may feel undesired or rejected. She’ll probably be more than willing and relieved to help you through this.

Also supplements… probably a waste of money, potentially harmful. The amount of false hope that can be peddled in this area is limitless
