Hey guys, just to give some background, I’m 22 and ever since my first sexual experience a couple years ago (it was in a public place, I was very nervous and couldn’t get hard) I’ve had some psychological erection issues that I’m struggling with to this day.
I’ve been trying harder to working on them recently and where I’m at right now is I think I can handle negative thoughts/pressure relatively easily when im in the moment and in the mood. I’ve noticed that in many daily situations, not while having sex, thinking of it makes me anxious and I think of it as a performance or that I must satisfy my gf
My goal I think is to really rewire my brain to think of sex as something easy and pleasant instead of a performance or test, as well as to just increase my libido; like i said above the issues become much smaller when im actually in the mood and horny
For anyone who’s struggled with something similar what exercises or activities from this app or in general have helped you? I’d really appreciate some advice
