My boyfriend has suffered with ED since he lost his virginity. He gets really wound up about it sometimes. It doesn’t bother me, I love him and whether or not he can keep it up won’t change that. How can I help him to be less frustrated by it? We also don’t live together so in the days before we see each other he can sometimes obsess over whether or not he will get an erection. How do I help him break this cycle or is there nothing I can do? Help!

God bless you for being so understanding. No matter how much we talk about it and I sahre research and information trying to help her understand this is an issue with me, she always ends up making ti about her and my attraction to her, which in the end creates more anxiety the next time, so on and so forth… You are an angel, I hope he knows what an amazing person eh has at his side !
