I’m discouraged. I’ve been trying the Kegel exercises for about three weeks; I’ve been taking Tadalafil for about the same period. I still can’t manage a decent erection, with or without the stimulus of pornography. I have a mild case of Parkinson’s, and I’m afraid that’s affecting my reproductive system negatively. Can anyone shed some light on this problem?

I wouldn’t be discouraged yet. My understanding is that it takes longer than 3 weeks for kegals to really make a difference. Just like working any muscle, consistency and time are key. That said, there may be other issues that you need to ask your GP about. Keep your head up (pun not intended).

I’ve just started doing kegels and actually had fantastic erections within 10 days of starting… it’s hard to say whether it’s the kegels alone or the other work on this app and other stuff I’m doing as well
My understanding is it takes 3-6 months for kegels to really have impact so let’s all hang on in!
