Day 4 meditation help

While trying to do this mediation, I didn’t really have any sensations to focus on. That caused my mind to wonder a lot so this was probably not a productive session for me.
However, during this, one of my wondering thoughts was to maybe include my wife in this session? Have her touch the focus areas and then I could try and connect to what I was feeling.
Has anyone tried using their partner for this?
Was it helpful or do you think it takes away from what the session is trying to achieve?

There are couples meditations and exercises on this app but I’ve never tried them with my partner. I’d say stick to meditating daily and eventually the mindset will sink in. Good luck!
