Could this be bad

Does anyone think having this app and doing daily routines may be bad?
Like we’re giving the issue “too much” attention?

I certainly haven’t found this app life changing but slightly helpful.

I definitely think you can get consumed in that. I’ve had my most success when I have stopped hyper focusing on it .

I was thinking the exact same thing lately. I am thinking about using it for a month or two and then evaluate how I feel.

I think most of us on here tend to be overthinkers and/or worriers - hence the psychological ED. I’ve found focusing on the activities that build my confidence have been helpful: kegels, reverse kegels, wax/wane, guided masturbation, etc. I’ve found that meditations focused on ED just make me anxious. Other meditations not from this app has been helpful as they help me not chase a vicious mental cycle. For me at least, obsessing about my breathing and getting a boner just feeds that cycle. All about finding what works for you. By the way, I’ve been using this app for about six months and it has been helpful for me. Not a magical fix, but definitely a positive tool I can use. Good luck, my brothers!

I found that I had reached a plateau using Mojo, so I decided to have a break from it for a while and am pleased that I did.

Just like anything, keep this app in a sensible place in your life. I tend to be slightly obsessive and jump too full-on into things. I have to be careful that I allow a reasonable amount of time daily/every couple of days with the app. I can swing toward a huge time suck really easily, have even good things start to take on unhealthy roles in my life.
