30 and I’ve dealt with the same problem. It is going to be mostly psychological with the physical part being your consistency with masturbation. Try using this and future experiences as motivation to exercise instead of watching porn. For the addiction, look up “The Easy Peazy Method”. It’s a free PDF online that will absolutely help you beat that addiction!
