Can’t get hard, maintain or ejaculate

The last few months I’ve had issues with getting hard, maintaining it and ejaculating on a consistent basis. It comes and goes, but I struggle far more often than not. I’m relatively young, fit and very active. I do however suffer from quite severe anxiety. Any advice is greatly appreciated as it’s ruining my ability to form relationships

Hang in there. Pay attention to the structure of the Mojo app, which is designed to keep you developing in 4 key areas; stress reduction, arousal control, sexual fitness, and connection building.

If you are struggling with severe anxiety, it will affect the component to healthy sexual function associated with stress management. We need all 4 components to have healthy sexual function. The app is very organized in this way.

I’d say focus on that for awhile. Are you talking to a psychotherapist? Depending on your situation, medication may be required. Of course, some medication will have side effects. But you need to think of your mental health, in any case. Please pursue help in this regard if your enjoyment of life is severely impaired. Nothing can happen if you have an inability to cope with stress in a healthy way.

I’m in it new to the app and just exploring it. If I’m totally honest, I’m sort of struggling to see it helping as this is issue has worn me down so much that I’m very pessimistic about anything making a difference. I know I need to shift that mentality, but I am finding that incredibly difficult.

You should seek out a psychotherapist to talk to about your anxiety. A lot of people think talking to a psychotherapist is only for sick people. Well, we all are hurting, and we all stand to benefit from talking to a therapist.

For as long as you are struggling with anxiety in general, you will not see the use for any of the exercises on Mojo specifically for getting control of your sexual funxtion.

The app works, but you have to apply yourself. If anxiety is keeping you from applying yourself, you won’t even believe the efficacy of the exercises. Doubt is the enemy of progress.
